The SleepHubs CBT-i programme is an online therapy, completed from the comfort of your own home. All you need to take part is internet access. You will receive weekly video content and guidance, weekly group drop-in sessions via Zoom, as well as 1-2-1 support from your sleep coach

 

The finer details

This offer is exclusive to university students who are struggling to sleep well. It is a group course, so you will be taking part alongside your peers, and we highly recommend you join the weekly group Zoom drop-in to ask questions, share your experiences and speak to other people who are in the same position as you. These sessions are not mandatory, but we find that people who attend them see even bigger improvements than those who follow the course on their own.

The start date is 7th May 2024. There will be an introductory Zoom call on this day so please make sure you have purchased the course in advance of this date to ensure you are added to the mailing list. You will receive your welcome email on 7th May and your daily sleep diaries will begin thereafter.

Participation is solely online. Aside from the weekly Zoom calls which will be at a set time, all other components of the course can be completed at a time to suit you. We advise you to complete your sleep diary when you wake each morning, whilst the information is fresh in your mind, but the video content can be accessed anytime.

Your sleep diary invitations, weekly video content and Zoom call details will all be sent to you via the email address you provide when checking out. Please ensure you use an email address that you have constant access to, so you never miss anything.
