Are you a university student interested in sleep? We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative students to start an International Sleep Charity branch at University. If you want to get involved, we’d love to hear from you.

Who we are

The International Sleep Charity is a global network of sleep researchers, clinicians, entrepreneurs and enthusiasts, who seek to transform human health and well-being. 


What we do

Spread awareness on the importance of sleep for general health;

Offer free CBT-I for people in need;

Lead epidemiological research on the impact of poor sleep;

Prototype-testing for sleep-related businesses.

If you want to:

Improve public health via science and/or entrepreneurship;

Improve standards in the sleep industry;

Connect with senior industry executives of health-related companies and develop a personal relationship with them and others in industry and academia;

Develop a strong international network with peers and key opinion leaders;

Head of University Branch

  • Run a local ISC branch in University.

  • Organise sleep-related events locally, with the help of the Central ISC team.

  • Lead a team locally to contribute to business and research projects.

  • Develop local marketing strategies.

  • Attend regular ISC team meetings.

Social Media Manager

  • Develop media and marketing strategies with the Central ISC team.

  • Compile and publish content across ISC’s social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.

  • Monitor web traffic, assess performance metrics and develop business strategies accordingly.
